Acne occurs in many peoples and there are also a number of treatments available, but unfortunately none can totally cure acne. And for many years, people debated for the best treatment available for acne, however it was only two years ago a new tool, the laser treatment was introduced to cure acne.

It is the yellow light that reacts with prophorine (a substance present in bacteria) to form oxygen that results in bacterial deaths. The laser light helps in collagen formation that prevents scarring from severe acne.

You should understand that laser treatment of acne is new now and a lot of investigation is being done in this field. One factor that encourages further study is the fact that it is a global problem. And therefore, many experts in this field are trying to develop better ways than what is already present.

After a number of experiments conducted to find the effectiveness of acne laser treatments, experts found that the treatment is somewhat localized and secure and so they do not have any systemic side effects. Currently, laser treatments are very popular in curing the acne scarring, even though they are quite helpful against acne.
