<p>Almost every family has been suffering from <strong>lower back pain</strong> and they all have to handle it. But what really causes this irritating pain? The causes of lower back pain can actually range from a normal strain to complicated conditions like bony encroachment, lumbar strain, lumbar radiculopathy, nerve irritation and other discomforts that are related to joints and bones.</p>
<p>Once you visit a doctor, he or she will explain three categories of lower back pain. Your lower back pain may be categorized in one of these:</p>
<p><strong>Axial Lower Back Pain</strong></p>
<p>This kind of back pain is quite mechanical and simple and it is the most common type of all back pains. It does not move into the buttocks, feet, legs or in other areas of the body. It also varies from sharp or dull pain, intermittent pain, and even mild to severe pain. It is usually characterized from doing certain activities such as sports or certain body positions such as prolonged sitting.</p>
<p><strong>Radicular Lower Back Pain</strong></p>
<p>This type of back pain is also known as the sciatica condition. The pain starts from the hips, buttocks, and down to the leg. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Like humans, cats too are affected by acne. “<strong>Feline acne</strong>” is what people call the acne of cats. It is generally a common disorder of the cats which also forms blackheads or comedones on the lower lip of the cat, face and chin. Acne is onset by the over activity of enlarged sebaceous glands around the cat’s face. These glands are in the influence of hormones and the jaw marking pheromone producers that cats use to mark their region by means of bunting.</p>
<p>Specifically, the facial sebaceous glands of the cat get activated when they rub their face against various household objects i.e, marking. This oily secretion that helps to waterproof a cat’s coat and guard the elasticity of their skin.</p>
<p>However, there are lots of cats whose sebaceous glands overproduce these oily secretions. These oily secretions then produce a greasy layer on the fur of the cat and its skin which results in a feline acne. One can observe feline acne in on pale or white colored cats i.e. a yellow and greasy discoloration on cats. Several studies have shown that in the minor cases of feline acne, the follicles around the mouth and chin may get clogged with a black sebaceous material which results in onset of the blackheads. Later on another secondary infection may come up, i.e. the inflammation of hair follicles and formation of pustules and papules from which pus is excreted. And in the major cases of acne, the area may become inflamed, cystic, swollen or scarred. For example, a symmetrical design of waxy black material may be produced by the affected Persians on the hairs of the chin and face, which indicates severe acne.</p>
<p><strong>There is no age limit for feline acne in cats</strong>. It can affect at any stage and trouble the life of the cat. Sometimes severe acne can easily develop and almost gets difficult to get rid of it. For such cases, some treatments were developed for feline acne. Some of them greatly vary in forms. In the general cases of feline acne, using an antibiotic soap, human acne pads or benzyl peroxide can help in clearing the infection. Oral antibiotics are also helpful in some severe cases of feline acne. Some experts also suggest feeding the cat in ceramic or metal dishes and not in plastics. Plastics are thought as the breeding ground of the bacteria. Feline dishes can be limited by washing the dishes on regular basis, and wiping the cats face time to time and after the meal. But still the best way to prevent and get rid of feline acne is to visit a veterinarian when you first see the sign of black spots in the chin. This is a chronic condition and shouldn’t be ignored.</p>

These antioxidants can be prevented by drying the leaves using steam. The main source of green tea is an evergreen plant, <strong>Camellia Sinensis</strong>, found abundantly in China. It is understood that Chinese have invented green tea about 4,000 years ago.</p>
<p><strong>EGCG</strong> is the most crucial antioxidant among these antioxidants found in green tea. The oxidants found in green tea are scientifically termed as catechins polyphenols. The <strong>EGCG antioxidant</strong> has a great importance to the human body.</p>
<p>The EGCG has a very revitalizing effect on skin. The fact to know is our skin has a very limited life span after its formation i.e. 28 days. After skin cell formation, it reaches at the outer layer of the skin i.e. epidermis, where they die down in due course. But it is observed that if EGCG come in contact with these cells, they tend to re-energized themselves. So if it happens deliberately, definitely the skin will look beautiful.</p>

Unlike sunscreen lotions, which form a screen between skin and sun, EGCG kills free radicals the moment they detected in the skin. So, it can be used as an anti-ageing agent, because UV radiation is one of the most significant factors responsible for ageing.</p>
<p>Beside its refreshing taste, the <strong>green tea</strong> has abundant of properties helpful to our skin, this is the reason why it is also named as The Skin Tea. By adding fresh lime juice to green tea may boost as anti cancer solution. There are many other benefits of green tea, which can be availed by consuming the green tea regularly.</p>

<p>To know the content of saturated fat, Trans fat, and sodium in the food you buy, check the nutrition facts label. The lesser the percentage of each of this, the healthier is the food. The label will give you all the information about the nutrition content of the food.</p>
<p>Picking your food wisely, and watching what you eat, is vital for the fruition of your goal of staying healthy. Exercise is a good weapon against unhealthiness as well. Irrespective of your age, a healthy lifestyle keeps diseases at bay, and maintains your active lifestyle for years and years.</p>
